This service includes the following items: 1) Feedback report with suggestions, recommendations for improvement 2) Meta(Facebook & Instagram timeline post. 3) Instagram Story with a swipe-up link. 4) Online market place + Goodreads Review. 5) Blog Post 6) A follow-up call to discuss feedback. *You can also request a video review to share across social media. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please allow us 24 hours of notification time. Terms & Conditions By engaging the Service Provider and submitting payment, Client agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including all applicable policies, clauses, and addenda. These terms apply to all services provided by KB Squared Professional Services, LLC, doing business as KayBee’s Bookshelf, operated by Ms. Kendra Black, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Service Provider reserves the right to update or modify these terms as necessary, with notice provided for any material changes. No Refunds, Fees Earned & Survival Language No Refund Policy Due to the nature of the services provided, including time-based, strategic, creative, and digital work, all fees are non-refundable. Payments made secure time, expertise, availability, and resources, regardless of project completion, outcome, or Client utilization of services.
